Yes. Many of our clients cannot visit weekly. Weekly photo updates, structured reporting, and one accountable team are part of the process.
It depends on the site, design, and selections. A realistic luxury custom timeline is typically 18–24 months from design through completion. We set the schedule early and update it as trades finish.
One team remains responsible from the first conversation through warranty.
One year on workmanship and materials, two years on systems, and ten years on the structure — in writing. The same team that built the house remains the point of contact after handover.
No. We are not a low-price or high-volume builder. We choose products and trades for long-term performance and take on work that fits our standards.
