## Services

New luxury custom homes only: design-build, or built from the client's
own architect's drawings, on the client's lot. Seven does not take on
remodeling or renovation work.

## Facts

- Fixed-price contracts from finished drawings, with defined allowances; changes only with the client's signature
- Weekly written updates with progress photos; selections, budget and schedule live in MySeven, Seven's own project system, so out-of-town clients follow the build closely
- Construction generally runs 12 to 24 months depending on complexity; from first design through completion, 18 to 30 months
- Quality-control walks by the founder, the VP of Construction and the project manager before handover
- Project details stay private unless the client approves otherwise
- Warranty: 1 year workmanship and materials, 2 years systems, 10 years structure, in writing, with 24-hour response
